Nenagh Equestrian Centre has a benefit of being close to the town yet being situated in the countryside lying at the foot of the Silvermines Mountains. The centre is open through-out the year.
Nenagh Equestrian Centre has been catering for riders and horse enthusiasts for over 40 years under the direction of Rory McDonnell (son of founders Brian and Mary McDonnell). Our aim is to achieve excellence in equestrianism, in a safe, clean and friendly atmosphere. All our animals are treated with respect and provided with excellent care.
We are AIRE (Association of Irish Riding Schools) approved,and a British Horse Society Examination Accredited Centre. All our riding instructors obtain various levels of British Horse Society qualifications.
Lessons last for appox 1 hour
Majority of lessons cater for all levels of riding :
beginner, novice and experienced.
Booking is advised but not necessary.
Wednesday – 6pm, 7pm
Friday – 6pm, 7pm and 8pm*
Morning lessons- 10am.11am and 12 noon
Evening lessons- 3pm, 4pm and 5pm*
